Cobwebs at accessible areas are standard, and verandahs and entries are swept. Anything needing height access or pressure washing is quoted separately rather than promised and skipped.
How far ahead should I book?
A week or two is comfortable. The end of the month is the busiest window everywhere because leases roll over, so if your handover lands then, book earlier.
Will the clean guarantee my bond is returned?
No. The bond covers damage and rent as well as cleaning, so no honest cleaner promises it back. A checklist clean gives you the best chance of keeping cleaning out of the argument.
