Does salt film really need professional cleaning?
It needs the right method more than anything. Salt and sea spray leave a residue that spreads when dry wiped, so glass and frames are washed and squeegeed rather than buffed. It is standard in beachside streets here.
Is sand in the sliding door track an inspection item?
Tracks appear on nearly every agent exit checklist, and the sliding door track is usually the dirtiest one in the house. It gets vacuumed and brushed out as part of the window scope.
Will the clean guarantee my bond is returned?
No. The bond covers damage and rent as well as cleaning, so no honest cleaner promises it back. A checklist clean gives you the best chance of keeping cleaning out of the argument.
