Can the clean be split into stages to spread the cost?
Scope can be trimmed rather than staged. Tell the cleaner your budget and what matters most, usually the kitchen and bathroom, and they will quote to that honestly.
Is mould on the shaded side of the house part of the clean?
Accessible external surfaces are swept and wiped. Heavy moss or anything needing pressure washing is quoted separately rather than assumed.
Can the cleaner guarantee my bond?
