Frequently asked questions
How bad is salt build up on exposed houses?
Noticeable. Screens and frames on the ocean side can hold a visible crust by the end of summer. It washes off, but it needs water and time rather than a dry cloth.
Are high windows included?
Exterior glass is cleaned where it can be safely reached from the ground or a deck. Anything needing ladders or height equipment is quoted separately or honestly excluded.
Will the clean guarantee my bond is returned?
