Frequently asked questions
There is mould in the bathroom from poor ventilation. Can it be cleaned off?
Surface mould on tiles, grout and silicone usually responds to treatment. Mould growing underneath silicone cannot be cleaned out and means the silicone needs replacing, which is a maintenance matter worth raising with your agent in writing before the inspection.
Do the cleaners handle timber windows?

Does a bond clean guarantee I get my bond back?
